Sketchdump: Original Characters 2012

I draw my original characters a lot, and there are a lot of them too. However, very few of them get a showing here on dA, which is sad. So here are a few doodles of some of them that I've done this year, but aren't quite worth uploading on their own. There are also a couple of Meredeth from last year which I did as painting practise when learning to use my tablet, but weren't entirely happy with.

You will recognise Meredeth from Frills of Justice. Also featured is Ambrose, whom you have also seen before.

The masked one is Alexei, who is part of a story for a comic that exists in my head, and the one with the long brown hair at the bottom is Morgan, who I designed to be a walking international incident (as the sole possessor of superpowers on Earth).


These are but a fraction of the more finished drawings I had in my computer. There are many, many more. I have drawn well over 600 headshots of my characters so far this year, and designed over a dozen new ones since January.
